What can our group do besides bowl?

Lucky Strike offers something for everyone. Each venue offers a wide arrangement of alternate activities such as ping-pong, pool tables, gaming, & shuffleboard.

Is your venue rental fee price flexible?

The rental fee covers the cost for the activities within your event space. If there is a specific budget for your event, please communicate with your Sales Manager who is available to help make the event fit your group’s needs. Rentals are based off of both date and time; your salesperson would be able to provide alternate availability and the rates associated.

If we book now, can we drop our head count as we get closer to the event, since we do not know how many guests we will have since we do not have RSVP’s yet?

While keeping in mind the minimum & maximum requirements for your desired event space, we suggest confirming for your lower guaranteed number at this time. During the month of December, you are unable to decrease your guest count from the contracted amount. By starting lower, you can then increase your count as you get closer to your event date.

Can you waive the cancellation fee as we do not know at this point if we will be able to make the date that we choose?

We are unable to alter our cancellation policy. If you cancel your event more than 5 business days prior to your scheduled event date, you are able to utilize your non-refundable deposit towards an event scheduled (of equal or greater value) within 90 days of the initial date without penalty.

Do you offer discounts for large groups?

Lucky Strike offers great incentives for large groups. Please contact your local Sales Manager to see what is available during your event time.

Are you decorating for the holidays and may we bring in our own holiday decorations?

The venues will be decorated in spirit of the holidays. If you wish to bring in additional décor, please contact your Sales Manager to discuss options and confirm setup.

Do we have to have the holiday menu or can we use the regular menu for our gathering, since it is a meeting/birthday that happens to fall within the season?

Our Holiday Menus offers a large variety of both classic and upscale menu options to meet any group’s needs. If there is something specific you are looking for, please contact your Sales Manager.

Can you label all of the food for allergens: vegan, vegetarian and gluten friendly signage?

We are happy to label all food items. We do suggest providing your Sales Manager with any guest(s) who have allergies so that our chef is aware. For severe allergies, we also suggest ordering individual meals to avoid cross-contamination.

Can we bring in our own dessert or candy?

We do not allow any outside food as we offer a large assortment of items to fit your group’s needs. If there is something specific you are looking for, your Sales Manager can work with their chef to confirm availability and provide pricing.

We are interested in a sit-down dinner, do you offer this?

Plated Dinners are available. Because of the setup, please discuss with your Sales Manager to confirm proper space rentals are available on your desired date/time.

During the holidays, will you be playing holiday music in the venue?

We continue to play a mix of music - and holiday songs do pop up now and again for the season - however we play our normal mix! If you are in a private space, you may either request holiday music, bring in your own mix, or provide a DJ. We will always try our best to accommodate you.

Are you offering up specialty holiday cocktails?

Yes, we will have a selection of holiday cocktails to choose for your event.

Can you waive the 21 and over rule since we have attendees that are not quite that age yet?

This can be discussed and determined on a case by case basis, but we will certainly try to accommodate your request.

Can we just reserve space and pay a la carte?

In order to secure lane space in advance we do require the purchase of a food and beverage package.

Is there a separate place where we can do a gift exchange after our event?

Depending on the size of your group we can reserve another area in the venue. These spaces will be based on availability.

Do you offer coat check?

Yes, you can coordinate this with your Sales Manager.

What is the protocol for inclement weather?

In the event of a significant snow/ice storm, we would reschedule your event for a later date with no penalty.

Do you validate parking?

Each location is unique; please contact your Sales Manager to discuss the options available.

Do you allow outside catering?

We are a full service restaurant, so we do not allow outside food & beverage. If there are specific menu needs or dietary restrictions, please contact your Sales Manager to discuss the options available.

Am I able to extend our event time on-site?

We suggest confirming your event space in advance for the desired amount of time since there will most likely be a group booked after your event. If you do decide to extend on-site & the space is available, your Sales Manager will work with you to accommodate.

What is Service Charge?

There is a service charge applied to all events. This fee covers your event staff gratuity along with all items required for both setup & breakdown of your event space.
